* We handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy.
* We provide fast and efficient band replacement or link adjustment for customers.
* We ensure all new products are displayed in accordance with Tissot guidelines.
* We assist with stock availability, delays, back orders, and stock counts.
* We attend regular training to develop our knowledge of the brand.
Requirements
* Experience working within retail sales.
* A passion for the Tissot brand.
* Previous experience working towards sales targets and key performance indicators.
* Highly developed and proven customer service skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong computer literacy skills.
* A team player with energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
