Maintenance Planner
Looking for your next challenge in asset and maintenance planning? Our State Government client is offering an exciting 6-month role with an immediate start, where you'll play a key part in shaping the long-term maintenance strategy for critical rail infrastructure.
This is a great opportunity to work with a high-performing team, using your expertise in asset management, data analysis, and maintenance planning tools like SAP and Primavera P6. You'll gain valuable experience in a dynamic government organisation committed to safety, innovation, and public service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct asset management and analysis, including current state reviews and asset health modelling.
* Manage asset data, visualisation, hierarchies, and generate reports (e.g. PowerBI, Business Objects).
* Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
* Apply strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
* Create and manage long-term maintenance plans for rail infrastructure assets.
Essential Criteria:
* Significant experience in maintenance planning, preferably within rail infrastructure (electrical, signalling, track, or civil).
* Relevant tertiary qualification or substantial industry experience.
* Demonstrated use of CMMS tools (e.g. SAP, Ellipse).
* Experience using scheduling software such as MS Project or Oracle Primavera P6.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
* Proven safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
