**The Opportunity** 
We’re looking for a hands-on Centre Manager with a background in retail management, shopping centre operations, property management or facilities management to take charge of the day-to-day operations at Gungahlin Village. 
This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) offers true flexibility, choose your own days and hours, while giving you the chance to make a real impact on tenants, retailers, and the local community. 
**What you’ll do** 
+ Oversee the daily operations of Gungahlin Village, ensuring a safe, compliant and welcoming environment 
+ Monitor budgets, compliance, financial and operational reporting 
+ Manage and oversee tenancy lease obligations and compliance 
+ Support local activations and community initiatives 
+ Build strong tenant and retailer relationships, acting as the key point of contact 
+ Manage contractors, maintenance, and facilities requirements 
**What we’re looking for** 
+ Previous experience in shopping centre management, retail operations or facilities management (residential property experience not suited) 
+ Experience in financial reporting and the ability to prepare, monitor and analyse performance 
+ Strong stakeholder and tenant relationship management skills 
+ Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail 
+ A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently
