An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Responsible Business and ESG team for an experienced Coordinator to support a team of lawyers. The successful candidate will share our values for responsible business and sustainability and will utilise their strong work ethic and attention to detail to support the team, as well as be comfortable working autonomously to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
This role is permanent full-time role.
Key responsibilities
* Extensive diary and inbox management including prioritising emails
* Coordinating meetings across the organisation
* Keeping track of master clients lists for business development, coordinating regular client engagement and emails
* Assisting with telephone enquiries and ability to develop relationships internally and externally
* Matter management including opening and closing files, archiving and electronic filing
* Event management, coordinating activities including managing invitation lists and hosting arrangements and travel bookings
* Monitoring ESG updates for newsletters
Required skills and experience
* Exceptional organisational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams at the same time
* High level of initiative, sound judgment and enthusiasm
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and adaptable to change
* Advanced knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Advanced knowledge of Aderant Expert Billing or other finance related software
* Advanced knowledge of NetDocuments or other document management software.
