About the Role
As a key member of our organization, this leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing efforts across regions. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating consignments through strategic partnerships, managing contracts, and overseeing field sales staff to attract bidders and buyers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience leading sales teams in quota-driven environments. Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and customer service orientation are essential. Proven ability to execute tasks in high-pressure situations and prioritize effectively is also required.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute annual regional business plans to deliver targeted financial performance
* Formulate and execute marketing strategies with cross-functional teams
* Manage deal execution, including pricing, risk management, and contract compliance
* Own customer contracts and ensure timely delivery of equipment and services
* Partner with Regional Operations Managers to promote communication and cooperation within the region
