About The Role

The Mathematic Coordinator, known internally as the Lead of Learning, shapes the Years 7 to 12 Mathematics curriculum, fosters a culture of high expectations, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and blends teaching with leadership. Responsibilities include guiding curriculum design and delivery, ensuring compliance with standards, meeting diverse learning needs, supporting staff development (including Catalyst practices), and contributing to the school’s annual improvement plan through strong curriculum leadership and a commitment to excellence. This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on leave or secondment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
- ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration

Compensation And Status

Salary: $149,107 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.
Employment Status: Full-time | 14-Month Contract

Eligibility And Start Date

Eligibility: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Start Date: Negotiable
