As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Collecting blood samples and other specimens from patients with care and attention
* Maintaining accurate records for every patient and sample
* Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing
* Liaising with patients, clinic staff, and couriers to ensure smooth operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* A Certificate III in Pathology Collection or equivalent qualification
* Demonstrated experience in phlebotomy or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
* Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one
* Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid visa with permission to work
