Warehouse Team Leader – Temp to Perm 📍 Sunshine Location🕕 Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:00pm (some flexibility available)
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing operations team based in Sunshine. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.

About the Role As Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and production operations while leading a team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety standards are consistently met.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will coordinate picking, packing, dispatch, inventory control, freight, and workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and direction to warehouse personnel
* Plan and allocate daily labour, equipment, and materials for picking, packing, and dispatch
* Ensure all work orders are packed and dispatched within agreed service schedules
* Receive and efficiently put away inward goods
* Maintain and audit packing methods, packing slips, and consignment documentation
* Manage inventory accuracy, stock locations, FIFO processes, and cycle counts
* Coordinate freight and logistics with transport providers
* Support warehouse storage expansion in conjunction with the Operations Manager
* Plan and schedule production work to meet delivery deadlines
* Ensure stock orders are picked within 3–5 business days (when in stock)
* Conduct daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance
* Load/unload containers and truck deliveries
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
* Identify and resolve safety hazards in line with OH&S procedures
* Report stock shortages or damages to the Operations Manager
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in warehouse supervision or team leadership
* Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse systems
* Solid knowledge of OH&S practices
* Forklift licence (essential)
* Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
