Job Description
This role requires:
- Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Maintain vendor relationships and handle all vendor inquiries.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end reports and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist with other accounting projects as needed.
- Contribute to the wider finance team, supporting where necessary
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant must have:
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable positions.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience using tier-one accounting systems such Sap, Xero etc. and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous professional development.
