Darling Downs Health is seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services within the Geriatric, Adult Rehabilitation and Stroke Services (GARSS) unit in Toowoomba. Based primarily at the Baillie Henderson Hospital Campus, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support clients in their recovery journey. Responsibilities
* Collaborate with a supportive team of health professionals, delivering tailored physiotherapy care to adults requiring rehabilitation.
* Engage in a dynamic mix of hands-on clinical work, outpatient settings, team discussions, and mentoring junior staff and students.
* Apply evidence-based practices to routine and complex cases.
* Contribute to service improvements and participate in research and education initiatives.
* Guide patients through recovery and help refine clinical protocols as part of a multidisciplinary approach.
