Mental Wellbeing Coach/Counsellor Role
This role offers the opportunity to champion mental wellbeing through early intervention and preventative care.
You will deliver proactive, people-centred support in diverse workplace settings, focusing on short-term solution-focused mental health coaching and 1:1 counselling via face-to-face, telehealth, and blended modalities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering tailored support plans and facilitating warm referrals to GPs, EAPs, or specialist services
* Facilitating toolbox talks and manager peer support to drive early engagement
* Leading group education sessions on resilience, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, stress and change management, and psychosocial risk
* Collaborating with Onsite Injury Prevention Specialists and other key stakeholders to deliver integrated, client-focused care
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Relevant qualifications in and current registration with PACFA (Level 3+), ACA (Level 3+), AHPRA, or AASW
* 3+ years' experience in short-term counselling, mental health coaching, or similar brief intervention support
* Excellent time management and communication strengths, with proven ability to engage confidently across a range of workplace settings, industries, and client groups
