Your Impact and Contribution We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing Agentic AI and Automation solutions. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of secure, intelligent Agentic AI solutions, balancing deep technical involvement with strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement. As the Engineering Senior Manager, you will be responsible for a greenfield team focused on developing Agentic AI capabilities, and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions that operate autonomously across complex environments. This role requires a solid background in software engineering or full-stack development, a deep understanding of AI, and the leadership skills to drive both strategic and operational outcomes. You will apply expertise in software engineering and AI development to guide architectural decisions, with hands-on understanding of TypeScript and CI/CD tooling. Key Responsibilities Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for agentic AI tooling in close partnership with product and design teams. Provide day-to-day mentoring and career development support to Senior and Principal Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Collaborate with Product Owners to continuously refine and improve intelligent solutions based on user feedback and changing needs. Ensure robust monitoring and observability are embedded from the outset, working closely with SRE teams to maintain system reliability and performance. Oversee the design and integration of agentic AI solutions within cloud-native environments, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture. Work in partnership with cloud, platform, and cyber security teams to ensure that solutions meet the highest standards for data handling, encryption, and compliance. Champion secure-by-design practices, including identity and access management (IAM), secure API integration, and governance controls across the toolchain. Manage upwards effectively, communicating clearly with technology leadership and adapting your messaging to suit a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your Skills and Experience Proven experience in software engineering or full-stack development, with a passion for AI and automation. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team of engineers. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and best practices in software development. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical guidance.
