Travel Agent Engagement Specialist
Drive agent adoption of our innovative travel platform by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Engage with travel agents through targeted outreach, virtual presentations, and onboarding to optimize their use of the Designer Journeys platform.
* Develop and deliver structured virtual training sessions to support agent activation, platform education, and enquiry optimization.
* Nurture existing relationships with travel agents to build trust, increase repeat usage, and position Designer Journeys as a trusted partner for tailor-made travel solutions.
This role sits within our Agent Success Team, responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with travel agents, including onboarding, training, and driving repeat business.
