Job Description
This role is a critical component of our portfolio management structure. The Master Scheduler will oversee the development and maintenance of the Portfolio Master Schedule.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that dependencies, milestones, and critical paths are effectively managed and communicated to stakeholders.
This involves working collaboratively with project managers and work stream leads to plan, coordinate, and forecast schedules, resources, and costs.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and monitor the Program Master Schedule.
* Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Work Stream Leads.
* Establish and manage processes for regular updates.
* Prepare schedule status reports and updates for Program and Executive Committees.
* Identify potential risks or delays and develop mitigation strategies.
