About the position
Wests New Lambton offers multiple dining options, including restaurants and the Wests Food Court, which features traditional club food offerings and modern options such as The Grill and New Beijing. We now have an opportunity for a Full-Time Chef to join our busy food court team.
The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting all food items across our outlets and restaurants. Responsibilities include:
* Completing prep sheets
* Preparing high-quality food during service
* Assisting other sections when required
* Cleaning work areas
* Setting up and closing down service
* Storing food to hygiene standards
* Disposing of waste appropriately
Previous experience with Asian cuisine is highly advantageous.
This position requires availability for split shifts covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As part of our recruitment process, candidates will undergo due diligence checks, including a Criminal History Check, reference checks, and right-to-work verification.
