The Position
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Part Time Personal Care Assistant to join our care team at Gracemere Gardens. In this role, you will provide quality personal care and support to residents under the guidance of the clinical team, assisting with daily living activities while ensuring safe, person centred care.

About You
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
* A genuine interest in working in aged care
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Capacity to manage a varied workload
* Flexibility for shift work
* Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening clearance suitable for aged care
