While gardens and plants are certainly part of our canvas, our primary focus lies in the realm of structural marvels—think decks, pools, and intricate architectural elements. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we're venturing into the realm of building renovation design, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor spaces for a holistic experience.
**Your Role**:
As a crucial member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with our creative minds to translate concepts into tangible reality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing concepts into presentation, tender, and working drawing documents for clients, building authorities, and development approvals.
- Enhancing our Revit template and standards to streamline project execution.
- Adding value to our vision through your construction documentation expertise.
**Requirements**:
We're looking for someone with:
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and construction design.
- Experience in working drawing and drafting.
- An understanding of BIM management (a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and a passion for design innovation.
- Motivation to excel in a dynamic, cutting-edge environment.

At ReScape Design, we thrive on technology, data, and design innovation. Expect discussions on drones, streamlining processes with tech, and leveraging Revit add-on apps to enhance workflows. **Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
