Provide technical support for desktops, laptops & end-user devices, troubleshoot issues, deploy enterprise technologies, ensure smooth operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide desktop support to end-users, both remotely and in person, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Set up and deploy new desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring proper functionality and user access to enterprise systems.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup, access provisioning, and data migration within Office 365 and other enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot network connectivity and printer-related problems, leveraging enterprise technologies such as Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, including incident logs, resolution steps, and knowledge base articles for Office 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Follow established procedures and policies to ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations, particularly in relation to enterprise technologies.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to desktop support and enterprise technologies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a desktop support or technical support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with Office 365 administration, including user management, license assignment, and mailbox configuration.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account administration within an enterprise environment.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues and printer problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent, are a plus.
