Performance and Reward Delivery Specialist

The Performance and Reward Delivery Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving strategic outcomes within the Performance and Reward function.

The position focuses on achieving key milestones and streamlining processes related to the delivery of key performance, remuneration and benefits moments across an annual cycle. This involves a comprehensive approach to market survey analysis, pay range modelling, benefits management, and administrative support for cyclical HR activities, all while maintaining rigorous governance over data and controls.

About The Role:

Our People & Culture team is expanding and we are looking for a Manager - Performance and Reward Delivery to join our community of solvers. Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Performance and Reward specialists to drive strategic milestones effectively within the domain of performance and reward
* Support the development and implementation of pay range models that align with organisational goals and market trends
* Lead market surveys to gather relevant compensation and benefits data and present findings to inform strategic decision-making
* Act as the primary point of contact with benefits providers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery
* Manage contracts and negotiate terms with external partners to optimise value and performance
* Oversee the administration and operation of benefits platforms to ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee benefits
* Provide operational support for key cyclical activities including goal setting, talent review, performance review, merit review, feedback and incentive programs
* Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards in collaboration with HR and business partners
