About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Visual Merchandising Design & Operations Specialist to join our team in our Support Office in Malvern for 3 - 4 days per week. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the Perri Cutten visual identity, aligning with seasonal trends and product direction. Your innovative ideas will translate into engaging window displays, in-store experiences, and promotional materials that captivate customers and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visual Merchandising Direction: Set the visual merchandising strategy that aligns with our product range, key trends, and overall creative brand direction
* Window Concepts: Develop creative window displays that reflect our marketing and seasonal product initiatives
* Creative & Promotional Material: Create all print materials to support promotions and seasonal campaigns
* Store Layouts: Design floor plans and product flow to optimize the shopping experience and achieve commercial targets
* Props & Suppliers: Source and coordinate props, working closely with external suppliers to bring your window concepts to life
* Communication: Provide clear and detailed visual merchandising briefs and documentation to guide the retail team on installations and VM direction
What are we looking for?
* Experience in similar role
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable however not essential)
* Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and Microsoft office
* A keen eye for detail and an analytical approach
* Strong commercial and retail acumen
* A genuine love and understanding of our brand
* Strong communication skills and high level of people and relationship management skills
* Effective time management - an ability to prioritise to achieve results
* Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet
* A desire for continuous improvement
* A position 'can do' attitude
* A current driver's License and vehicle
* The ability to travel to various store locations throughout Australia as required
