The Debt Recovery Specialist will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of debt recovery processes across revenue streams - from rates and charges to sundry debts. You'll engage directly with residents, businesses, and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding accounts respectfully and effectively.
This is a permanent, part-time (0.6 FTE) opportunity. Remuneration begins at $76,400 to $87,100 pro-rata for part-time, plus superannuation.
You will have experience with debt collection and revenue management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and possess a sound understanding of relevant legislation, policies and debt recovery practices. You'll need high attention to detail and bring a positive attitude and commitment to supporting the community.
