This dynamic team is at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring our systems run smoothly, data remains accurate, and monthly reports and stocktakes are meticulously handled.
They also play a crucial role in empowering the wider finance team by streamlining processes and driving automation for greater efficiency.In this systems-focused role, you will act as a crucial link between the team, finance colleagues, and other internal stakeholders.
Your duties will involve maintaining the integrity and supporting TM1 development, building reports, ensuring financial accuracy, and leading system changes that benefit the entire finance team.This position champions knowledge sharing and problem-solving to drive continuous improvement, including evaluating the impact of process improvement opportunities.About youTo be successful within this role, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and at least 3 years of experience in a systems-focused position.Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with TM1 and Finance ERP systems.A criminal history check will be undertaken for the preferred candidate.Your typical dayIn this role, you'll be at the forefront of report development, TM1 advancement, and PeopleSoft Finance functions.
Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the future of our financial systems.Every day, you'll empower the team and the broader finance community by answering queries, solving technical issues, and offering insightful advice on best practices.

As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.HEW level 9 salary range $132,655 - $137,398 per annum + 17% superannuation.
