This role is for a skilled Psychologist who will be working in the Community Mental Health setting. The successful candidate will have expertise in clinical psychology and experience in applying this in various mental health settings, including community-based services.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills and experience in working with clients who have personality disorders, including developing treatment and crisis plans. Knowledge and experience of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) are also required.
Key Responsibilities
* To apply clinical psychology principles in a variety of mental health settings.
* To work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment and crisis plans.
* To provide support and guidance to clients with personality disorders.
Requirements
* A degree in Clinical Psychology.
* Registration under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009.
* Endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist or eligibility to participate in a registrar training program.
