Offer description

We are a boutique, client focused Speech Pathology clinic in Coomera on the Gold Coast. Our growing team has room for one more experienced full timer

Clever's Director, Madeline, is a clinically practising Speech Pathologist who understands the demands that speech pathologists face in their role. As our team is led by a clinical Speechie who "walks the walk", our clinicians are supported in a unique way where sustainability and efficiency is at the fore.

Whilst we have had a few recruitment rounds lately, our retention of our team remains incredibly high. We have two valued team members off on maternity leave, and many families seeking our tailored intervention and support

Who we support

We are passionate about supporting our clients to reach their speech, language and communication goals. We predominantly support a paediatric population, but we also support some adults who fall within our clinical expertise.

We love working with those who have complex communication needs (CCN) (including those who use or require AAC). Don't worry if you don't have too many skills in this area We acknowledge this is a niche area and we don't expect you to have all the answers. We also love working with and are well equipped to support children who have:

Speech Sound Disorders

We support our clinicians to be confident supporting more 'mainstream' populations too, as we believe having a strong clinical foundation is imperative for delivering positive outcomes.

We offer mobile and in-clinic appointments, and our clinicians are provided with work-from-home opportunities each week.
