The Role We're looking for a hands-on, organised and energetic Housekeeping Manager to join our leadership team at Discovery Resorts – Lake Argyle.
You'll take ownership of the cleanliness and presentation of our rooms, guest areas, and staff accommodation, ensuring everything is spotless and guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Duties Leading a small team across day-to-day cleaning operations Supporting the team with hands-on housekeeping duties when needed Rostering, stock control, and linen ordering Performing quality checks to ensure a consistent guest standard Collaborating with maintenance, reception, and other teams Skills & Experience Previous housekeeping leadership experience in a resort or hotel Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation Comfortable living and working remotely Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team Reliable, positive, and solutions-focused attitude Willingness to work in one of the most breathtaking locations in Australia On-site accommodation and meals are subsidised Be part of a small, supportive team with a great culture Opportunities for internal growth across the G'day Group This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at Lake Argyle. This role involves manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 20kg, kneeling, squatting, handling chemicals, and operating machinery.
