Seeking a strong supervisor with expertise in Civil OR Telecommunications and wireless/fixed infrastructure for a dynamic role.
As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:
* Oversee site deployment and maintenance to meet specifications.
* Lead field teams for efficient project execution.
* Plan projects to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Manage vendors and procurement activities.
* Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess infrastructure needs.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation for tracking and reporting.
* Foster positive customer relationships throughout project lifecycles.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
What we are looking for?
* Civil experience
* Capable of understanding rod and rope practices.
* Experience with NBN and or Telstra Works
* Capable of supervising field resources.
* Construction experience preferred.
