We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Mental Health Team.
Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse in our Mental Health Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented care to consumers with a range of mental health presentations. You will use your skills and experience to conduct mental state assessments, develop care plans, and provide individualized support to our consumers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMBA)
* Demonstrated experience working in mental health nursing, either inpatient or community-based settings
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks efficiently
* Strong knowledge of mental health assessment tools and frameworks
