A relevant qualification and at least 1 year experience OR 3 years of full time work experience is required
Available to work weekends and evenings
Comfortable in all sections of the kitchen
Able to work autonomously
Well presented and neat as is open kitchen
Ability to work in a fast paced kitchen
Experienced in high volume of customers
Looking to fill a full time and casual position.
You will be a contributing member of the team and offer up ideas for now dishes to be included on the menu.
Help the day to day running of the kitchen, keeping on top of prep jobs and cleanliness of the kitchen.
Place orders and receive stock & lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head/Sous Chef when required.
