Senior Sonographer – Exact Radiology

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sonographer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art imaging equipment, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the delivery of accurate, timely diagnostic imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations across a wide range of modalities.
* Demonstrate expertise in general, musculoskeletal (MSK), and/or vascular ultrasound examinations.
* Interpret and report findings accurately and efficiently.
* Supervise and mentor junior sonographers and students.
* Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
* Maintain compliance with professional standards, protocols, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
* Accredited sonography qualification (Bachelor's or equivalent).
* Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in diagnostic medical ultrasound.
* Proven competency across multiple ultrasound imaging areas – including but not limited to General, MSK, O&G, Breast, Paediatrics, Vascular.
* Registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
* Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
