This role provides professional social work services across inpatient and ED settings, supporting patients and their families with complex discharge planning, psychosocial assessments, advocacy, counselling, and referrals to community services. You will play a key role in enhancing patient outcomes and contributing to a safe, supportive, and inclusive healthcare environment. Requirements Bachelor in Social Work or equivalent with eligibility for membership with Australian Association of Social Work (AASW) Additional Information To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
