Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wedding Planner & Stylist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both creative and operational environments and is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.

As a Wedding Planner & Stylist, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the planning process, including vendor sourcing and management, timeline development, logistics, and communications. You will also manage digital workflows and ensure that all planning milestones are met efficiently and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in wedding planning or styling, with strong organisational and project management skills. They will also have proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will have a creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design, and will be able to interpret and execute client briefs with professionalism and innovation. They will also be competent in managing digital planning tools and administrative workflows, and will have the ability to work weekends and evenings as required.
