About the Company
This is a leading position in a team that constructs large-scale silo projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing small teams and ensuring the efficient assembly of silos in remote locations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Directly manage a crew of up to 5 team members
* Safely and efficiently assemble large silos
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of project documentation

Requirements:
* Experience in construction, mechanical assembly, or rural/ag infrastructure
* Prior team-leading or 2IC experience (preferred)

* Physically fit and comfortable with remote/regional work
* White Card and Driver's Licence required
