Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
* Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
* Support external sales team with detailed quotes and account coordination.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven expertise in hydraulic hoses and fittings, with strong product knowledge.
* Proactive, solution‐oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team.
* Strong communication skills and a customer‐focused approach.
