Overview
Assistant Administrative Officer The Army Museum of Western Australia is seeking a suitable person for the role of Administrative Assistant. The role would primarily be to assist the Administration Officer with all tasks and provide back up for leave.
Responsibilities
* General administrative support to museum departments.
* Take notes at weekly meetings and distribute to volunteers.
* Manage communication channels (emails, calls, etc.).
* Assist with organizing events.
* Data entry.
* Work with our Education and Marketing Teams as needed.
* Opportunity to work with Social Media Team.
Qualifications
* Must be competent with Word, Outlook and Excel.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Experience with Instagram/Facebook would be highly regarded.
* Available on Wednesdays 9.45am-3pm (this can be flexible).
* An interest in Army History is preferable but not essential.
* Reliable.
