We're looking for a driven HR professional to step into a broad generalist role within a busy, hands-on environment. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll have plenty of independence in how you deliver HR support, while still having guidance when you need it. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and making a genuine difference day to day.

What You'll Be Doing
Partner closely with production, manufacturing, sales and service teams to deliver practical people solutions
Manage the full HR remit: recruitment, performance processes, ER/IR case work and disciplinary matters
Lead learning and development activity across leadership, management and OHS skill-building
Contribute to engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and connection
Use BambooHR to enhance and streamline HR processes
Build trusted relationships across all levels and ensure HR remains a valued, credible partner
Who We're Looking For
You're proactive, confident and comfortable working autonomously. Maybe you're an experienced HR Coordinator ready for your next challenge, or an HR Advisor wanting more scope to influence. You'll thrive in this role if you're confident in the following:
Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle
Forming strong partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders
Handling ER/IR matters professionally and fairly
Championing culture and driving continuous improvement
