As a Systems Administrator, you will lead technical initiatives, provide expert guidance, and take ownership of the organisation's infrastructure. This role acts as a key escalation point within the IT team and is essential to delivering and managing robust, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
The Role
* Troubleshoot and resolve advanced infrastructure, system, and security incidents
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all ongoing IT activities and systems
* Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT services
* Administer core platforms including servers, networks, and endpoint systems
* Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and best practices, including training & awareness campaigns and reporting
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
About You
As a proactive, experienced technical IT expert with strong problem‐solving skills, you will have a proven track record in infrastructure and cloud platforms including:
* Microsoft 365
* Microsoft Azure
* Microsoft Intune
And proficiency in system and technology solutions such as:
* Windows Server and PowerShell
* Networking and Firewall solutions
* Active Directory & Group Policy
