About the opportunity? In this role, you'll apply your strong project management skills to oversee stakeholder engagement, SAP processes, and procurement procedures.
You will lead both internal teams (Fleet, Account Payable, and Operations) and external vendors (vehicle builders, accessories, etc.)
to ensure project plans are clear, achievable, and continuously monitored throughout their lifecycle.
You'll work closely with relevant stakeholders to address any delays and ensure deadlines are met.You'll play a key role in fulfilling the Fleet Replacement program while supporting the business in pursuing adjacent initiatives, such as expanding the fleet with new vehicles.
Your experience in project management and stakeholder/vendor engagement will be crucial to driving successful outcomes.

What you'll deliver with usIn this role, you will bring your strong project management expertise to lead key initiatives within our Fleet Services.
You'll oversee internal teams (Fleet, Account Payable, Operations) and external vendors (vehicle builders, accessories, etc.
), ensuring that projects are clear, achievable, and delivered on time.
You will manage the Fleet Replacement program while supporting the expansion of the fleet through adjacent initiatives.Leading projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with SAP, Finance, and Shibumi processes.Managing stakeholder and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays that arise.Establishing and maintaining processes to ensure fleet operations are efficient and compliant with road and transport regulations.Identifying areas for improvement, proposing cost-benefit solutions, and maintaining financial oversight of project budgets.Fostering innovation by driving new ideas and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer and stakeholder needs.Using your leadership to guide the team through change, ensuring smooth transitions and continual improvement across projects.About you You are an experienced project manager with a strong background in fleet and finance functions, particularly within SAP, and a track record of managing and planning complex projects.
You have proven expertise in using tools like Excel and Shibumi to drive results, ensuring that operational goals are met efficiently and effectively.You bring solid experience in vendor management and liaising with internal teams across Transport, Operations, Finance, and Strategy.
You're comfortable navigating challenges and providing support to others during periods of change, fostering collaboration and driving success.
Your ability to manage relationships, both internally and externally, ensures that stakeholders and vendors are aligned and work together toward common goals.With an in-depth understanding of contract management, SLA monitoring, and change management, you are well-equipped to contribute to the ongoing success and compliance of the Fleet program.
