About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Finance Manager will lead all aspects of the company's finance function. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is confident managing the end-to-end financial operations of a business and improving systems as we scale.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Financial accounting and month-end reporting
 * Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
 * Oversight of accounts payable and receivable
 * Process weekly payroll and ensure payroll compliance (including superannuation, BAS, payroll tax and basic understanding of awards)
 * Strengthening internal controls and improving financial processes
 * Insurance compliance
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
 * A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Finance Manager or senior accounting role
 * A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field
 * CPA or CA qualification (mandatory)
 * Strong working knowledge of Xero
 (or similar accounting systems)
 * A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously
 * Excellent communication skills and the confidence to partner with management
