About the Role:
As a Stephanies therapist, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable and transformative spa experiences for our clientele. You will utilise your expertise to deliver exceptional treatments and personalised care, ensuring that each guest leaves feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and pampered.
Desired Qualifications:
* Passion & Professionalism: A genuine love for your craft, a warm and dynamic personality, and a commitment to professionalism are essential.
* Proven Experience: Minimum 12 months of experience in beauty therapy, preferably in a day spa or luxury environment. Confident in facial and body waxing, lash & brows, manicures and pedicures highly regarded.
* Exceptional Skills: A Beauty Diploma or equivalent qualification, along with a dedication to ongoing learning and development, ensures that you possess the expertise to deliver a wide range of treatments.
* Service Excellence: A service-oriented approach, excellent knowledge of the beauty industry, and a focus on creating positive interactions will contribute to our reputation for exceptional service.
