HVAC Specialist Position
We are seeking a skilled HVAC specialist to join our team in Darwin, Australia.
Job Summary:
This is an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced professional to work on the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems throughout a hotel property.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
* Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including equipment readings, service reports, and inventory levels.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in general building maintenance, engineering, and/or construction.
* Qualifications in a trade are preferred.
* Previous experience working in a hotel/resort/hospitality setting is beneficial.
