About the Role:
This is a hands-on, practical role—perfect for a qualified carpenter who wants to focus on the craft without the paperwork. You'll work on high-quality home renovations and contribute to a team that values attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day may include:
* Full bathroom renovations
* Framing, cladding, plastering
* Tiling, painting, and general fit-outs
* Window installation, door hanging
* Concreting and building ramps
About You:
* Certificate III qualification in either carpentry or building and construction is required
* Minimum 1-2 years of residential renovation experience is required
* Reliable, motivated, and quality-focused
* Comfortable working independently and in a team
* Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
* Looking to make a real difference in your work and community
* Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
What You'll Need
* Manual Driver's Licence
* Construction White Card
* Working with Vulnerable People Card (or willingness to obtain)
* National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Knowledge of WH&S, QA, and risk management systems
* Basic IT skills (job management apps, digital documentation)
* Bonus: "Working Safely at Heights" competency (within last 3 years)
