The HR Business Partner team delivers a range of HR services, including HR advice and support across the full breadth of HR activities, working with staff to resolve issues and providing coaching, training and support to senior leaders and staff.ResponsibilitiesProvide advice, HR consultancy and support services to management and staff across a full range of human resources matters including: HR legislation, policy, procedures and processesRecruitment and selectionPerformance and development; Employee relationsWorkforce planningJob analysis and evaluationWork health and safetyPayroll and entitlements related issuesUndertake research and analysis to develop advice, policy, procedures and strategic documents relating to complex employment matters which support business operations and facilitate continuous improvementFacilitate the resolution of complex employee relations issues through effective support, case management and workplace interventionsUndertake HR projects, including research and preparation of associated reports, submissions and correspondence, and implement agreed outcomesProvide relevant data, accompanying analysis and reports to support business initiatives and employee management including establishment managementActively participate as a team member to build and sustain positive working relationships with team members and clients and to promote a positive culture emphasising quality client service deliveryApplications to remain current for 12 monthsQualifications / SkillsProviding advice, HR consultancy and support services across a full range of HR mattersExperience with HR legislation, policy, procedures and processesExperience in recruitment and selection, performance development, employee relations, workforce planning, job analysis and evaluation, WHS, payroll and entitlementsAbility to undertake research and analysis for policy development and complex employment mattersAbility to support resolution of complex ER issues and participate in HR projects
