* Job Description:
* Implement and continuously improve our food safety management system.
* Work closely with Village Operations to ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and customer expectations.
* Safeguard the health and wellbeing of our guests and staff.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver food safety and hygiene training to site teams.
* Support catering and site managers in applying food safety requirements.
* Promote awareness and escalate food safety issues across all levels.
* Monitor compliance to meet customer expectations.
* Provide expert advice on food safety matters.
* Develop and maintain food safety documentation and training materials.
* Conduct internal audits and support third-party inspections.
* Lead assurance activities and food safety investigations.
* Perform microbiological sampling and testing.
* Report on system performance and recommend improvements.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Qualifications & Experience:
* Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Microbiology, Environmental Health, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality, food safety, or quality assurance.
* Strong knowledge of microbiology, food safety controls, and legislation.
* Experience with HACCP / ISO 22000 and internal audits.
* Skills & Attributes:

* Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.
* Detail-oriented with solid time management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.
