What you'll be doing
* Delivering high-quality civil designs across SEQ urban development projects
* Using 12D predominantly, with Civil 3D as needed
* Applying strong design fundamentals across roads, earthworks, grading, and utilities
* Solving complex technical challenges and contributing clean, buildable outputs
* Working closely with engineers, PMs, and other designers across disciplines
* Supporting project planning, design resourcing, and quality delivery
* Helping guide juniors through your technical clarity and high standards
What you bring
* 5+ years' experience as a civil designer
* Strong 12D skills (Civil 3D exposure highly valued)
* Solid understanding of roads, earthworks, utilities and general development design
* Experience in SEQ or Northern NSW urban development
* High attention to detail, professional pride, and clean drafting/designer habits
* Ability to collaborate with engineers and work within established quality systems
