This role will report into both our WA and SA teams.
Key responsibilities :
* Guide your team of five with a strong focus on consistently meeting and surpassing customer expectations.
* Handle and resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, prioritizing efficient and timely solutions.
* Embrace a growth mindset daily to enhance team efficiency and morale, driving higher customer satisfaction.
* Identify and manage your team's performance, training, and development needs to ensure they are set up for success in their roles.
* Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve seamless operations.
About You
* Proven experience in a customer service team leader or manager role in a contact centre, call centre or similar environment
* Proven ability to lead a team and positively influence achievement of customer service targets / KPI's
* Results-driven with exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
* Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
