Senior Solutions Consultant Job Description
This key role involves providing impactful technical support to the APAC sales team based in Melbourne. You will deliver high-impact demos, run POCs, manage technical discovery sessions, and help shape current and future solutions for enterprise learning and development customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support account executives across APAC with demo presentations, customer meetings (in person and online), and product knowledge sharing.
* Clearly explain technical concepts to L&D managers, directors, senior HR, and IT stakeholders.
* Assist with API integrations (RESTful APIs & SOAP).
* Work on PowerBI dashboards and data connectivity tools.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver seamless technical support.
The ideal candidate has a background in pre-sales E-learning SaaS, learning management systems (LMS), or L&D technology. They should also have experience presenting to L&D buyers, e.g., L&D managers, HR, people, and culture teams. Additionally, they need strong API integration knowledge (RESTful & SOAP), a solid understanding of PowerBI and data dashboards, and confidence in presenting, communicating, and being technically curious.
