The Role:
As the Sales and Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting communication and coordination between our Sales, Service, Engineering and Manufacturing teams. You will ensure the seamless flow of information, timely follow up of actions, and efficient handling of documentation. Your contributions will directly enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and follow up on service works within the Sales team.
• Support Sales activities and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer and job-related communications.
• Verify and manage site documentation, including Verizon and site-specific documents.
• Support service team scheduling, ensuring alignment with customer availability and internal resource capacity.
• Liaise with suppliers to source and order spare parts efficiently.
• Assist with service documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues impacting delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customer service remains at the forefront of all activities at GTE Technology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Experience in CRM management, service coordination, or administration is highly desirable.
