The Team
Our Insurance & Health team is headed up by 33 wellrespected principals across six states. The department is recognised throughoutthe insurance claims industry for producing high quality advice and deliveringexceptional service.
The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for thebiggest names in the insurance industry both locally and overseas.Theprincipals that head up the team for this position are Simon Black and ThomasByrne.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Associateto join our dynamic Sydney Insurance team.The role offers a broad rangeof financial lines matters (including directors & officers, managementliability and professional indemnity work), property, construction andstatutory liability.
The Successful Candidate
We would love to hear from you if you have the followingskills, experience and attributes:
* Previous defendant insurance experience;
* Solid file management skills;
* Ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service;
* Strong communication skills; and
* An enthusiastic and pragmatic approach.
