Type: Temp-to-Perm, Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm)
About the Company
Our client is one of Australia’s largest construction material suppliers. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their friendly team in Deer Park.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong accounting knowledge with proven Oracle experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to emails and general enquiries
* Assist with purchase orders
* Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable processes
* Process payroll accurately and on time
* Provide general administrative support to the team
* Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
About You:
* Previous experience working with Oracle and Maximo
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work well both independently and within a team
* Sound communication skills, both written and verbal
