A Day in the Life
As a Retail and Education Manager based in Queensland, you will play a key role in driving the success and growth of our iconic L'Oréal Luxe brands, including Yves Saint Laurent, Kiehl's, Lancôme, and Armani Beauty. You will lead and inspire our retail teams across a diverse portfolio of channels, including our own Boutiques, partner Department Stores, and Pharmacies, shaping the ultimate customer experience and ensuring our brand image shines in every interaction.

In This Dynamic Role, You Will
* Develop and execute retail strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives across your multi‐channel portfolio.
* Design and deliver best‐in‐class education programs for our Beauty Advisors, empowering them with superior product knowledge and sales skills.
* Lead, coach, and motivate field teams to ensure operational excellence and a consistent, luxury customer journey.
* Analyse retail performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a leader with a strong drive for developing people and a proven track record in a multi‐channel retail environment. Your ability to translate brand strategy into flawless retail execution and inspiring educational content will be key to your success.
* Demonstrated experience in retail management and/or education, preferably within the beauty or luxury sector across various channels (e.g., department stores, boutiques).
* Strong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to coach and inspire teams.
* Excellent business acumen and analytical skills to drive performance.
* A talent for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* An agile and adaptable approach to a fast‐paced retail landscape.
